It works well; by sucking the tongue outwards, it prevents it from falling down the throat, which prevents snoring and apnea. However, it is a bit uncomfortable to wear at first, and leaves a strange feeling on the tongue when you wake up, like it's more red and tight than usual.
The package arrived quickly, but they brought it to me without a container to store the product; otherwise, it was more or less okay.

It should be effective, but personally I find it annoying. The tongue is held in the "bubble" by the effect of air vacuum, and I don't find that comfortable, but that's just my opinion. however, the tongue does not fall to the back of the throat and snoring is avoided. It's not stupid.

Replaced a cpap machine for me. Allows me to sleep on my back. I get a new one once per year but they would probably last a little longer. It takes a few weeks to get used to it when you start.

Hmm, i’m on the fence with this. It fits but find it difficulty to breath with it in.

I think it's effective, but I have a hard time keeping it in my mouth all night.

This product is amazing... it actually works... when you put your tongue in the slot; the suction keeps it there and forces breathing out if your nose only. Until you take your tongue out its almost impossible to breath out of your mouth. I love it.

From all the similar items that i've bought through aliexpress in the past, this one seems to fit the best.

This is my 2nd device like this and it helps a lot with my obstructive sleep apnea and improves my sleep. This design is large enough to hold a large part of my tongue and keeps it from blocking my throat. The material can be trimmed easily if it is uncomfortable. The only negative is that these eventually get a bad smell and i have not yet figured out how to eliminate it.
