I really recommend this. The black part on both sides is rubber so it doesn't slip at all, and it provides good stimulation in the middle of the foot. It's really great.

It's cool and nice!! I liked it so I wrote a review right after receiving it. I bought it because I heard it helps with plantar fasciitis. When I rub it in, it relieves fatigue and feels cool. I was worried it might roll around, but the rubber on the sides holds it firmly in place. I was also wondering if I really needed to buy it since I was already using a massage ball, but it's more stable than a massage ball. I recommend it.
I'm really happy with this product. The round ball for foot massage keeps rolling away and you have to chase after it, but this one has a rubber edge on the side so it doesn't move and you can comfortably roll it around for a massage.
