Return & Refund Policy

At Ease & Co, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@easeandco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your item.

⚠️ Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
  • For non-defective items, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the product you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 7 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@easeandco.com.au
