First of all, I like it.
It's hard, sturdy, and good. Health is good
I am very satisfied and recommend it.
Oh no, but it's silicone so it doesn't hurt. Those who want something more painful should look for materials other than silicone or wood... something else.
Exelent for foot development! Thanks!
It's worth repurchasing and giving as a gift to another friend.

Absolutely love it.
It works well for what it is, I order more.
The product is of excellent quality, the rubber is soft and not prickly. I bought it for flat feet. Definitely worth the money.

excellent product product
I leave it under my desk and use it every day, good good.
Matches the description, I recommend.
Surprisingly sturdier and heavier than i expected. Works fine, the spikes might be too much for some people but i've been using it with socks and it's been working great.
