The low light is very good, and if you want something brighter, it illuminates very well too. It charges via USB-C. It is touch-sensitive. A short press turns it on or off. Long press increases or decreases the brightness.
I leave it on continuously for 11 hours a day. I recharge it every 3 days or so. I don't know the charging time because I plug it in and don't look at it. You can use it while charging! ! And that's nice! When it is charging, a red light will appear. When it runs out of battery, it simply turns off all of a sudden. I would have liked a signal indicating that it needs to be recharged, for example, that it flashes. I'm afraid of the dark, and the fact that it suddenly turns off at night makes me freak out. 🥲 . It comes with a magnet and can be stuck to the wall, with a magnet already attached to it. Unfortunately, its magnet doesn't hold well and it often falls off.
