Item is as described. The handles are nice. One of the brush had a part that seems matted or had a bit or glue. I was able to brush it out and some hairs and fragments were removed and so far it seems fine.did not need to communicate with store.

Great brushes. The shape is great. The handles feel good and sturdy. A bit heftier leading to good feeling in the hands. No issues with shipping. Did not communicate with store.
Decent quality for the price. These are not luxury brushes, so you shouldn't expect Japanese-quality brushes. The brushes arrived stained. I like some of the brushes, but others are useless. I would have preferred to choose the brushes myself.
