It's cool and nice!! I liked it so I wrote a review right after receiving it. I bought it because I heard it helps with plantar fasciitis. When I rub it in, it relieves fatigue and feels cool. I was worried it might roll around, but the rubber on the sides holds it firmly in place. I was also wondering if I really needed to buy it since I was already using a massage ball, but it's more stable than a massage ball. I recommend it.
I'm really happy with this product. The round ball for foot massage keeps rolling away and you have to chase after it, but this one has a rubber edge on the side so it doesn't move and you can comfortably roll it around for a massage.
