The crab shape is cute and perfect for placing a spoon or spatula on top.
For an average household, two seems to be sufficient, and they can be used for a long time.
It's fine when in use, but you need to apply a little force when inserting it.
Fits on my pan handle on a few different places. The crab ring is stiff but the opening is bendable to fit over wider handles. On my flat handle part, it would slide around but stays put on the red rubber part or right against the pan. Either works just fine. Super cute / sturdy!
