The product arrived as described and generally does the job it was intended for. It works best if the chestnuts are pre-soaked in hot water or slightly heated before use. I noticed some scratches on the exterior (both front and back), which is a bit disappointing for a new item. However, considering the price, it’s a fair deal. I didn’t contact the seller about the scratches, but the tool is functional and sturdy enough for home use.
