Quality seams ok. its structure is made of wood with a rubbery finish.
The bristles are long but they seem to be a bit fragile and prone to bending if you pull the residual fur out carelessly.
Overall for the price it seems like an excellent deal. I'm pretty happy with regarding first impressions...
